Different list of "WONDERS OF THE WORLD" have been made from ancient times till today. At present their is catalogue of list of worlds most spectacular natural as well as man-made wonders. Among the various list of wonders of the world, the 7 wonders of the ancient world is the first know list.
Similar to the other list of wonders, The "7 Natural Wonders of the world" is list which was officially complied by CNN and The Seven Natural Wonder Organization in 1997.
Seven Natural wonders is an organization that was created with the intention of protecting and promoting the natural wonders of the world.

What is Aurora Borealis ?
Aurora Borealis also known as Northern lights or polar lights is a natural light which is seen predominantly in the sky of the northern hemisphere at poles. It is a natural phenomenon occurs due to the excitation of charged particles in earths atmosphere
Their is a huge list of places where this natural phenomenon is seen but some of the most popular place to visit are Iceland, Alaska, North Canada, Norway, Finland & Sweden where this mesmerising phenomenon can be seen. These northern polar lights appear from September to October and March to April.

Aurora Borealis is one in list of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World as the vivid colours with complexity is seen in the sky which looks magnificent. The light waves of different colours seems to be dancing in the sky with a sound of Aurora similar to a hissing, or crackling noise, begins about 70 m (230 ft) above the Earth's surface.

The Grand Canyon is a steep-sided canyon which is carved by the Colorado River in Arizona, United States. It measures 446 km long, 26 km wide and have a Depth of over 1857 meters.

The reef is made up of 2,900 individual reefs and 900 islands stretching for over 2,300 kilometres over an area of approximately 344,400 square kilometres which helps the large varieties of sea animals for their living, hence it was selected as a World Heritage Site in 1981 . The reef structure is built by billions of tiny organisms, known as coral Coral Polyps. It provides a huge habitat for various plants and animals, it is also considered to be as one of the largest waterfall in the world of width 1,708 metres (5,604 ft) & height of 108 metres (354 ft).
The Victoria falls is covered and secured by Victoria Falls National Park on the Zimbabwe side and Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park on the Zambia side.The scenic beauty of this wonderful waterfall can be seen from both Victoria Falls National Park on the Zimbabwe side and Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park on the Zambia side. Both gives uh unique, magnificent views and total perspectives of the the waterfall.

Mount Everest is located in the Mahalangur Himal sub-range of the Himalayas. It is Earth's highest mountain above sea level i.e. 8,848 m (29,029 ft) with which it is listed in 7 Natural Wonders of the world.
Every year many climbers are attracted towards the Mount Everest among which most of them are highly experienced mountaineers. Besides mountaineers many tourists visit here for winter sports and other adventuring experience. The activities such as snowboarding, skiing, paragliding, and BASE jumping are most popular in this type of region. Now a day Various types of gliding descents have slowly become more popular.
ParÃcutin is a cinder cone volcano located in the Mexican state of Michoacán. It is an active volcano and is listed in 7 Natural Wonders of the World because it was the first volcano which was witnessed and by the people. Also ParicutÃn is the first volcano whose full life cycle of an eruption was documented by modern science.
Previously in 1943 the volcano erupted suddenly from the cornfield of local farmer Dionisio Pulido but now ParÃcutin is dormant and has become a tourist attraction, with people climbing the volcano and visiting the hardened lava-covered ruins of the San Juan Parangaricutiro Church though larger region still remains highly active volcanically. After that in 1997, CNN included ParÃcutin in its list of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World
